Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Inc. – Site work
JSM Construction Consulting – General contractor
Ingenuity Engineers, Inc. – Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
Highland Engineering – Civil engineering
Alba Engineering – Structural engineering
Zero Latitude – Architectural design
Sustainable Design and Consulting – Landscape architecture
30 North Park is a nine-unit luxury townhome project in Historic Downtown Winter Garden. Expected completion date is end of 2021.
